Many robetta units failing since a couple of days. Related or not I'm seeing up to 3 Gb RAM usage in these wus. However, I just put Rosetta on a Ryzen 2600 running Ubuntu 16.04.5, and the 4.07 are working OK at the moment (18 hour work units) . I have not received the 4.08 yet. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/results.php?hostid=3646802&offset=0&show_names=0&state=4&appid= So if it is a problem with the work units, it seems rather selective as to hardware/software. |

There are a few large proteins that were submitted recently that are error prone. They should clear the queue soon as they complete. |

I've also had ten tasks reported as "errors while computing" in the past week. It's a real drag when my computer works for 6 to 8 hours on a task, only to have it rejected as an error. SETI@H is running with no errors. Asteroids@H has no work at the moment, but was running with no errors when it did. All the errors are with Rosetta v. 4.07.
