I've made a couple posts about bandwidth usage when downloading new work units.

I sat down in front of my 2400+ a couple minutes ago, and saw that it had a work unit waiting to be reported. So, I updated, interested in my current RAC.

Boinc asked for more work units at the same time, so I resigned myself to waiting several minutes for my 56k to download a few megabytes.

SURPRISE!!!!

It took less than a minute.

Now, that is cool.

Thanks everyone. Whatever you have done to decrease bandwidth usage is highly appreciated.
